The place worked well for our family of 3!

Great location with shops and restaurants nearby. Walk to the Louvre and the Seine. The bedroom and ensuite are downstairs from the kitchen and living area so if you had 2 people on the pullout sofa using the bathroom for them would be very awkward.

The apartment was lovely and very quiet inside. It was interesting being inside a shopping area but didn't bother us at all. The stairs going down to the bedroom were tricky so be aware of that if you have mobility issues.

Concerns have been forwarded to host. Hoping they are fixed for the next guest.
Dirty walls, broken couch, weird unsealed door in bedroom “closet”, dirty floors and rug. Very noisy due to being inside a shopping center and not sound proof to the hallway so when people go in and out you hear everything. WiFi is not very reliable, had to go out of the shopping center each time I had to use phone for anything important.
