I fully recommend this place. However, be aware that the 2nd dormitory has no windows of its own.

We had a very nice stay at Les Terrasses de Cassis. As a family of five with three kids from 6 to 13, this place provided everything we needed for our stay in Cassis. The pictures shown here on the site are a couple years old, as the tress have grown since then, but the apartment and entire grounds are still just as beautiful and well maintained. The views are amazing of the hills around Cassis, the ocean, and the cliffs of Cap Canaille. The pool is fantastic and cleaned by salt filters rather than chemicals. Whenever we were not out enjoying the beautiful area, we were relaxing on the patio, swimming in the pool, or playing table tennis and boccia.
You are renting a apartment in the lower level of the house. Nathalie and her family live upstairs and the owner, and elderly lady lives in the second apartment of the left side of the house. It was absolutely no issue for us with the other people in the house. We basically had the pool and the garden completely to ourselves during our stay. The few times that we saw the others at the house were no Interruption to our privacy. The view from the kitchen (double windows under the stairs in the lower right of the outside picture of the house) are fantastic and are the same as those shown here over the infinity pool. Everything we needed for cooking our own meals was available in the kitchen. There are two bedrooms, the second of which doesn't have a window but a ventilation system. The living room has two comfortable sleeper couches.
Nathalie is a very nice host and we had good communication.
