The facility is completely built of stone with walls that are more than 70 cm thick and it offers pleasant staying during hot summer months. The upper floor consists of a master room with a terrace and two other stylishly furnished bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a completely furnished kitchen with a dining room, a living room with a fireplace and a bathroom. The front of the house boasts with a spacious terrace with a stone table and vine of Istrian Malvazija that gives thick shade.
Villa Ane is surrounded with over 4000 m2 of front and backyard that include stables, another spacious terrace covered with 100-year old beams, a large stone barbecue, outdoor solar shower, outdoor WC, large grassy front yard with an XXL trampoline and a covered parking space. The exterior consists of typical Mediterranean plants, olive trees, lavender and orchards. The property is entirely fenced with stone walls so it offers complete privacy to our guests that search for peaceful holidays.
