• **Comfortable Living Room:** Unwind on plush sofas after a day of exploring.
• **Private Outdoor Oasis:** A large, fully-fenced brick patio featuring a BBQ grill, a cozy outdoor sofa, and an 8-person fire-pit dining table for memorable evenings.
• **Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 10):**
- **Master Bedroom (Upstairs):** Spacious retreat with a king-size bed, en suite full bathroom, and a dedicated workspace with a desk.
- **Second Bedroom (Upstairs):** Comfortable queen-size bed.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire house and its amenities during their stay. Relax, unwind, and make yourself at home without interruption. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and the private outdoor patio.
Other Things to Note:
There is plenty of street parking available (no permit required) or you can park in a non-labeled free parking spots.To park in the community parking lot- you must display the parking permit that will be provided to you at check in.

Smoking Policy

Comfortable beds and living rooms on space

Super easy check in, kitchen and towels are well supplied for a group. There’s a nice green space out front and the neighborhood was nice. Properly is tucked to the left back of the green space and the back gate leads out to the main road.

This property was exactly as advertised. It is very utility oriented and really served our purposes. We were able to prepare meals; and enjoy intimate time with extended family. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The only item I would criticize is the parking. It is a little confusing on exactly where you can park. The parking lot associated with the property is not marked at all and in disrepair. We were told by a tenant in the complex we could not park in the spot we were in. We moved, but did not know what the differentiation between the two spots. Could easily be a neighbor attempting to protect a coveted spot. The street had signs indicating a permit was necessary. We really would park and hope for the best. A very minor issue compared to the overall experience which was very positive.

Our company used this rental for a few of our employees for a little over a month. The only complaints we received were about the thermostat, but the host was very quick to communicate with me and get the issue resolved. I would recommend renting from this host!
