very good location, we were able to walk almost anywhere as long as we didn't have too much to carry. so many cute local coffee/breakfast spots right off main st. house was clean and had everything we needed. kitchen was stocked and linen service was perfect. no complaints with anything. a/c unit in every room and standing fans in addition. the backyard was a bonus hang out spot. kitchen is fully equipped to cook or host if needed.

I grew up in Sandwich and thought if I ever came back to the Cape Chatham would be my top choice. But, now, 50 years later, one week is anout aĺl I can afford in such a prime location!
Love that its an authentic cape, from back when I lived in the area, and long before.
The adjacent parking lot is great for visitors. The backyard is spacious.
