Residential area located in the heart of New Berns downtown historic district, there is one commercial business to the right of the unit which is occupied by Bright Speed. Walkable distance to shopping, dining and historic sites. Safe to walk day or night, well lit and lots of people out at night. Tryon's palace, downtown and the NC History Museum are only one block away. Walk the surrounding neighborhoods to view restored houses from various architectural eras from the initiial founding of New Bern to Victorian era residences.

Great place right in the heart of downtown New Bern. Off-street parking spot was a nice bonus feature.

Very nice, charming home. Clean and well stocked. Close walk to downtown shopping and dining. Will stay here again in the future.

There for a conference with another business owner. The location was outstanding, and the unit was appointed very nicely. It was a quick walk to everything, and the morning train coming by was the best surprise! The bed was very comfortable, too, and the pullout couch worked well for my friend. Private parking was a bonus. Our only suggestions would be a floor towel to drop in front of the shower and extra washclothes/towels, too. Otherwise, our stay was fantastic! We will be back for sure.
