Nestled amongst the thriving Freiheit Village, just east of Downtown New Braunfels, lies this brand new spacious and modern luxury condo complex: The Mercer
Upon entering, our guests will certainly feel right at home! Guests are immediately greeted by the open floor plan that creates a sense of spaciousness with high ceilings and natural finishes giving each space a warm and inviting ambiance. The well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances is perfect for the chefs in your group. The spacious island is a perfect food prep space complete with bar height seating. Spread out comfortably in the living area as you watch a favorite show or movie on the smart HDTV with streaming and cable services. High speed WiFi throughout.
The condo`s sizable bedrooms both have a smart HDTV, ample storage space, and central air-conditioning. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower and double vanity. The additional full size bathroom boasts a shower/tub combo. A private washer/dryer ties together the list of convenient interior amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment is modern and very clean. The furnishings are lovely and the amenities were well stocked. All communications with the host were pleasant and prompt.

Very nice condo. Gave a 4 star because there were dirty dishes in sink, sliding door doesn't lock and need to add some drapes or blackout blinds in bedrooms to reduce all the light at night. Otherwise nice condo and good location for us when visiting kids.

Perfect stay for our F1 weekend at COTA! The unit was very clean, modern, and well equipped. It was located on the 3rd floor with a nice balcony for an evening glass of wine or morning coffee. Walking distance to many restaurants and just a few minute drive to abundant shopping and many more dining options. It was a perfect choice and we would definitely recommend!
