Escape to the Austrian mountains and enjoy a luxurious stay at Villa Wellspacher, a beautifully restored 19th-century villa combining historic charm with modern comfort.

Located on Semmering in the peaceful Schneebergblick Siedlung just 90 km from Vienna, it’s the perfect base for skiing, hiking, or relaxing in nature. Originally built in the late 1800s and once a healing water retreat, the villa was fully renovated in 2009 featuring luxury apartments, offering a unique stay steeped in Semmering’s history.
