Fully renovated and completely new, this is one of three unique apartments in the building! Situated in a quiet area, yet at the heart of it all, you'll find many great attractions and restaurants just steps from your door.
The kitchen comes fully loaded with all amenities for both short and long-term stays. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, an ironing board, and large closets for all your belongings.

Property is situated less than 2 miles from most of downtown. We found it to be centrally located to most of the locations and events we wanted to attend. Very clean property and the host was very responsive.

The place we rented was very clean and well stocked. Excellent walking neighborhood. We will definitely stay there again.

The location was absolutely perfect! Check in was mostly smooth, a few issues with the door locks but the host was also very quick to respond and assist. We did have a few issues with the fridge temperature, and needing to ask for additional trash bags, but again, the host was quick to respond. The outlets in the main bedroom don’t work, so plan to charge your phone before bed. There was a personal item left behind, and the host was quick to get back in touch and send it to us, which was very appreciated! Despite the few cleanliness issues, the responsiveness of the host was so wonderful, we would definitely stay again.

I planned a Girl's weekend to Traverse City and this unit had it all! We were able to easily walk to downtown shops and restaurants as well as the beach. The unit was super clean, was well designed, and had modern finishes. Unit was well stocked too. Would definitely recommend!
