Dishwasher needs repair, but other than that, property was well stocked and exactly what we needed. Thank you!

This was a convenient place to stay for us with what we had planned for this visit. It was clean, we loved that it had a separate bedroom, and we also loved the pool options, including access to the MGM Grand pools with a convenient, air-conditioned tunnel to get there. The 2 cons to our stay were: the OVERWHELMING smell from the toilet cling air fresheners, it made me nauseous, and the second night we returned to the hotel around 11:30pm and were told parking was full and we'd have to park down at the MGM Grand self-parking structure. That was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient to have to park so far from our hotel.

Expectations vs reality were a little different. You cannot check into this property 1 second before the check in time. We provided there would be 4 guests. The space was only set up to accommodate 2. The listing said King bed, Futon, and Queen bed. There isnt a futon and the queen bed is a sleeper sofa. We had to hunt for sheets. We only found 11 pillowcases and no sheets for the sofa bed. Reached out to the owner a few times and he was very responsive. However his cleaning crew delayed the delivery and when they did arrive they smelled so much like weed they were unusable. We even had to leave them out in the hallway. Other than this the rental was nice and suited our needs for our short stay.
