Your furry friends are welcome here! The large, fenced backyard offers plenty of space for pets and children to run, play, and explore safely. Pets are welcome with an $100 non-refundable fee and a 2 dog max. Please do not let pets on the furniture or in the beds. Please pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the outside trash can. Extra charges will apply for not picking up after your pet or for excessive pet hair and dirt.

Payment Processing & Cancellation Policy Notice
Please note: Because we manage multiple properties, VRBO requires us to use our own payment processor. As a result, all payments for this reservation are processed securely through Stripe, not directly by VRBO.
Your total reservation cost is divided into two payments:
The first payment is processed immediately at the time of booking
The second payment is automatically processed 30 days prior to arrival
If your booking is made within 30 days of arrival, both payments will still be processed on the day of booking.
All charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as Yellow Door Vacation Rentals.
This payment structure is a requirement established by VRBO for professional vacation rental companies and is not optional.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe, all cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, regardless of when the reservation is canceled. This fee applies to any and all cancellations.
By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these payment and cancellation terms.

Check in time is anytime after 3pm. I will send you a door code a few days prior to your arrival.
PARKING:
The driveway can accommodate up to three cars.
***The washer and dryer are accessed outside via the door to the right under the carport. They key to unlock that door will be left in a basket on the coffee table in the living room. Please be sure to leave the key when you checkout.

Pets are welcome with a $100 non-refundable fee and a 2 dog max. Please do not let pets on the furniture or in the beds. Please pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the outside trash can. Extra charges will apply for not picking up after your pet.
Please treat our home with the same respect that you do your own.
Please respect a courtesy quiet hour of 9pm for our neighbors.
Only guests who are on the original booking should stay overnight.
This is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke please do so outside and away from the house. Evidence of smoke (any substance) inside the home will result in an immediate $500 fine PLUS the cost of cleaning and remediation.
Biohazard Cleaning Fee:
For health and safety, a $100 cleaning fee will apply if vomit, fecal matter, blood, or other bodily fluids are documented by the cleaners on floors, bedding, furniture, or in common areas.
Pet Policy 🐾
We kindly ask that pets stay off all furniture and beds during your stay. Please help us keep the home clean and comfortable for everyone by keeping pets off these areas.
Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive pet hair is left on furniture or bedding, or if there is any pet-related damage to the property or its furnishings.
CHECK OUT:
Check out time is 10am.
We will take care of cleaning, however we do ask you do the following:
Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start them
Place any trash or recycling in the appropriate trash cans outside
We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs.
NOTE: Any damages to the home or failure to comply with house rules will result in additional charges.
Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. If you do spot a bug we will send pest control back out as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not provide refunds based on this.

This was a great spot for a family weekend visit. The beds were comfy, the home is quiet and conveniently located. The playset in the yard was a big hit with the grandchildren. A great overall find in Chattanooga. It is also dog friendly, our dog loved the spacious backyard. The host was also incredibly helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this home.

We enjoyed the place - it was the right amount of space and a good location for visiting family. The place was clean, and the kids enjoyed having a playground set in the backyard.

The house was very clean and the fenced in yard was perfect for our pup! We are family of five (3 teens) and had plenty of room for a quick trip.
