it would have been nice to know about the house being on a busy street corner and lack of parking.The pool had to be cleaned every day by us because of the neighbors trees. the interior was clean but the kitchen lacked useable cookware as it was old and scratched.the grill was a charcoal small grill which was left dirty b y prior guests and had to be cleaned prior to using it.Communication with the host was easy via text.

Host communication was excellent, responds timely. House was clean, beds comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with necessary seasoning, coffee etc. Beach is 8 min away. We enjoyed our stay, will book again.

The property was very well cared for, clean and Isida was extremely responsive to any questions. Pool was very nice with plenty of seating. In a convenient area to get to the beach; property is near two fairly busy roads so it can be a bit noisy when at the pool.

We stayed here on the 20th of march till the 25th. Our check out was the 27th. House was mostly clean, could have used dresser in the other 2 rooms. We found a 2 molded cups in the cupboard and really could use new cups. Pics are not up to date, only one lounge chair and was broken.. trash was overflowing which was the last renters fault..not close to anything so you’ll have to uber everywhere and pool was freezing. Also pool clean up never showed up which was scheduled..
