The gourmet kitchen offers high-end appliances, abundant prep space, and generous seating at both the dining table and oversized breakfast bar. Large doors open onto a covered porch with outdoor dining and sweeping Atlantic views. A spacious guest suite featuring a queen bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub, oversized walk-in shower with built-in seating, double vanity, private water closet, and a walk-in closet with an additional stacked washer and dryer completes the top floor.
