The house is beautiful and located in a gated community. It was perfect for our family of six adults. Gorgeous views from all over the house! There is a neighborhood pool right next-door, but very few people use it due to the fact that many in the neighborhood have their own pool or use the one at the clubhouse. This was a concern to us initially. (there is a large hedge that blocks the people using the pool from staring right at us) We got to know several of the other neighbors that were renting. We spent a lot of time in the water directly in front of the house. There are several Floaties left there to use. The only negatives that we found, the water pressure is very low, and there is no garbage disposal. I’m sure the water pressure is due to being on an island. I would definitely recommend this rental property.

The house is a little outdated but clean and functional. Having the pool right next to us was also a plus. The beach is nice but somewhat rocky, suggest bringing water shoes. The view is very pretty. Overall, location to Georgetown was what we liked most about the house.

This house was amazing. The views were out of this world. The house had everything you needed. We stayed as a family of five with three children. It’s central location to everything on the island and only a few minute drive from town we rented a boat and would pull up with the boat on the beach there I can’t wait to come back.
