Units 301 & 302 are the only lofts on the 3rd floor. Both are 2 bedroom/2 bath, so if you have a larger group you can rent both and have the whole floor.
If you need more space the 4th floor (units 401 & 402) also has two 2 bedroom/2 bath lofts.

Property is in a great location and very convenient to Broadway. Very clean and loved the record player. Only minor issue was that on eof the sonks in bathroom did not drain. Other than that it was fabulous!

Great location and comfortable beds! The place was nicely furnished and was perfect for our stay!

The furnishings were great - just enough to gathere with friends but not enough to feel crowded. The expresso machine was a great add-on. The host was prompt to answer any questions or concerns.

Ideal location! Very walkable to all the best spots. Convenient stores in the building. Plus a record player with an amazing collection. Nice people to work with, all well. 5 stars.
