It was average but I needed pet friendly so my expectations weren’t high. The place was dated and could use a refresh. Fairly well equipped. The host was responsive and helpful. The screen door was broken and bugs filled the porch but they finally got it fixed Wednesday. Bedroom needs blackout curtains. (I was kept awake by noisy upstairs neighbors who seemed to stay up quite late thumping around non-stop) I loved the location and the community was very nice.

I have stayed at a ton of vacation rentals over the last few years and this one ranks in my top three. Not only comfortable but so perfectly located and unlike a lot of listings that just surface clean between renters, this place was actually truly spotless and deep cleaned before we arrived. It makes the stay so much more comfortable - when it’s properly cleaned, you can truly relax. And relax we did! We loved this place and will definitely be back.

Minor inconveniences that I didn’t need to pester the owner with:
The housekeeping service needs to be addressed. Toenail clippings on the bedroom rug; one stabbed me in the foot. Gross. Sheets were dirty, thankful for a washer and dryer. I had to wash first thing. My husband had to change out the air filter for the AC unit. It hadn’t been changed in months. The unit worked better after change out. The floors need a good scrub. Our feet were dirty from the floor. Bedroom pillows are very much stained. Contractors had torn off the screen to the porch. Never got it finished while we were there. So it sucked that we couldn’t use the porch (this wasn’t the owners fault)
If you overlook the inconveniences, we had a good trip. If the condo was spruced up and cleaned up, we would return.
