Ligging is perfect.

LOCATION!!
Has parking despite being located 5 minutes from the old town!
THE HOST (Milo) is as amazing as the location - even offered us a complimentary breakfast which unfortunately we couldn't make due to hectic schedule.
Bus stop is 5 minutes away which takes you to most beachs you wanna get to.
The Speedboats to the Islands sail 7 minutes away making it even a more premium location.
Basement - Wasn't much of an issue for us because with such a location you only use it to rest and has everythinf you need (kitchen supplies, towels, clean, fridge, TV, safety and good neighbours)
Mattress - not great but okay
