The mattress in the bedroom needs to be replaced. The bed also seemed small for a king, I believe that it's a queen. Kitchen supplies are very limited. You really need to buy some silverware and some plates, etc. If I didn't want to cook, I would have gotten a hotel. The pots and pans were terrible!!!

We loved our stay and the view was amazing. This condo has a private beach and wasn't over crowded. The pool was pretty even though we never got to get in it. You are in walking distance to the Surf Hut for dinner on the beach which is nice. Across the street you can shop at Alvins Island. Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

The place was as advertised. The balcony overlooked the Gulf of Mexico and was a perfect place to read, play cards or just enjoy the scenery. The communications with the management company that handled the rental was outstanding. We have used a lot of VRBO properties and this company's communications exceeded all of them. Whenever we contacted them they would respond within minutes

Beautiful location. Directly on Beach. Balcony is great with unobstructed view of the beach. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Quick access to grocery store and places to eat. We will be making more visits to area and will plan to stay again.
