The house is independent located on the first floor, the comfortable furnishings spread over an area of 50 square meters. has been recently renovated, the accommodation consists of a large living room with sofa bed and open kitchen (4 hotplates, microwave oven, freezer), bathroom hallway with laundry area, bathroom with services + shower box, large bedroom in vintage style, also a large covered terrace of 40 square meters. with panoramic view accessible both from the living room and from the bedroom. The house can use car parking inside the property, and a garden area on the ground floor. Possibility of booking electric bicycle rentals.
Roby 's House is a holiday home at 30' Orio Bergamo airport surrounded by greenery at 450 in an excellent position, in a quiet and panoramic location, the town is 6 Km. From Sarnico on Lake Iseo, the territory offers the possibility of trekking itineraries on local paths with soft gradients that can offer breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Iseo. The area is also well known because Iseo Lake offers various opportunities for cultural tourism:
• Franciacorta is 12 Km away and is one of the Italian areas with the highest production of sparkling wine.
• The Torbiere del Sebino nature reserve is 15 km away and is a suggestive natural park.
• Iseo is at 16 Km. It is an important tourist center in the area.
• Monte Isola is 20 Km away. (with a ferry service), is the largest lake island in Europe.
• The Piramidi di Zone nature reserve is 30 km away. It is an erosive process that generated the famous earth pyramids.

I don’t have enough superlatives to describe how wonderful this place is for both its location and incredible host. If you’re looking for beautiful scenery, quiet, and close proximity to Bergamo and Milan this is the place. The owner was so accommodating and helpful which made our stay even more fun!
