L'apparetment de Margot is located in an 18th century freestone building, in one of the most sought after streets of Bordeaux, rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau.
Renovated with the participation of an architect in May-June 2017, it will seduce you with its neat high-end decoration and its level of comfort and equipment.
In love with my city of Bordeaux, I will be happy to welcome you to Margot's apartment and make you discover all the wonders of this city.
THE APARTMENT INCLUDES:
- reversible air conditioning,
- the living room with a 80 X 200cm sofa bed, design armchairs, 49-inch flat-screen TV, Harman Kardon speaker connected via Bluetooth, Internet WIFI, desk, dining table for 4 people
- the fitted kitchen: microwave oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge / freezer, induction hob with extractor hood, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster (also coffee, tea, herbal tea capsules, quick dinner kit)
- the bedroom with a king size bed of 180 x 200cm with new comfortable bedding, dressing room
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer, magnifying mirror
- Harmony or Linvosges linens
- independent toilets with washbasin
- Iron and ironing board
INTERNAL RULES:

- Not suitable for animals

The exceptional location of l'appartement de Margot will allow you to discover its extraordinary heritage, listed as UNESCO heritage for 10 years, on the quays of the Garonne to run, stroll or simply taste oysters from the Arcachon Basin on Sunday morning walking through the picturesque Chartrons market.
You will discover the many sites and monuments of Bordeaux, the Place Pey Berland, the Town Hall and the Saint-André Cathedral, the city center, the Saint-Pierre, Saint-Michel, Capucins districts, all with soul and character. their own.

First time in Bordeaux and we struck a heatwave but still bearable with so many cool spots to rest. The city is embracing tourism and caters for all tastes; not just the wine fanatics….and the light rail (tram) is as good as anywhere in the world.

Property was well located, clean, and as described! Host was easy to communicate with, although we did have to schedule meeting up for keys and access to the apartment.
Unfortunately, the 4-5 flights of stairs were a major hurdle for us, as I had recently injured my knee - making going into or leaving the apartment a 10 minute painful climb/descent each time. Not the host's fault, and we knew there would be stairs when we booked - just be aware!!

L’appartement de Margot is a perfect get-away to a beautiful city! The space is impeccably clean, the host is responsive and kind, and the location could not be better! 10 out of 10 from us!

Very welcoming and responsive, clean and excellent location. It is located on top floor so it's quiet. Bed was comfortable and there is a washer/dryer and equipped kitchen.
