Centrally located. 7 National Parks within 2 hours. Lake Powell is 15 minute drive. Amazing slot canyons to explore. Stunning sunsets. Amazing night skies. Split floorplan. All rooms are bright and roomy. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Smart TV. Reclining chairs. Washer/Dryer inside. Each room has customizable heating/cooling. Plenty of parking on site for boat/trailers/toys. Family and pet friendly.

Very pleasant stay we had! Heath is a very nice host, he checked with us about what we need and what happen around the house constantly. The location is very close to some wonderful trails, but not Kanab - if you would like to stay away from town and have a quiet stay this is it. it's nice to have a nice king size bed and several smaller beds, plus 2 bathrooms, very family friendly.

Our host personally greeted us when we arrived in the evening and was very responsive to a request we needed to make after leaving. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. This is a great location for all of the outdoor activities in the surrounding area.

Lovely property, really well-appointed (recently renovated) and spacious, spotlessly clean and in a beautiful location. Heath was an excellent host, very responsive and great to chat with. Thanks for letting us stay!
