The house was great! The only thing we didn't like was the back yard lights that we couldn't get to turn off for nighttime swimming, and the camera in the back yard pointing to the pool. We didn't feel it gave us sufficient privacy to enjoying the pool. We would rent it again though. It's a beautiful home and the host/owner were extremely communicative.

This is our second time staying at this home; it is the perfect size for our group of friends. We wanted to take one more trip before the season ended and were so glad we could rent this place again. We hope we can use this house moving forward for all of our river trips! :)

My friends and I have been going to Havasu as a group for four years, and we've been trying to find a place we feel we can rent for our future trips. After our stay here, we feel like we've found that place. This house has the perfect amount of rooms and restrooms. The rooms were all great sizes, and the beds were very comfortable. There was also plenty of room for parking, even for my friend's boat. The pool and game room were great bonuses. Overall, we loved this house and hope we have the opportunity to rent it for our future trips. ♥
