The Space:
Welcome to your beachy penthouse suite! This top (fourth) floor unit has been fully renovated in 2024, including new floors, furniture, Smart TVs in each room, updated kitchen, new paint throughout and more. The spacious primary bedroom features a queen-size bed with connected full bathroom w/ tub and a large covered outdoor terrace offering sweeping views of Downtown Ocean City and the 9th Street Bridge. A large Smart TV, air conditioning, and plenty of drawers will help you settle in nicely.
The living room features a full, pull-out sofa as well as a twin pull out sofa. There is a table for four and plenty of seating to kick back and relax, with a large Smart TV, free internet, and air conditioning. The living room also connects directly to the bathroom and galley kitchen, making it a convenient space for all guests to enjoy, especially if traveling with the kids. The unit also comes with board games and two beach tags for use during your stay.
The kitchen is stocked with cookware, silverware, glasses, paper towels and dish soap. There’s a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, and oven.
The bathroom has a step-in tub, shower and is stocked with toiletries and toilet paper. The building also features a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers for your convenience.

Access to your JiLLy's Stay property is super easy! You'll have a key to the secure elevator and a unique door code to easily enter your condo. Convenient lock box located outside of building makes getting in and out a breeze.

With its central Downtown location, guests can walk or bike to beach, Boardwalk, shops, restaurants, etc. with ease. You can also walk to the bus stop to access Philadelphia, NYC and Atlantic City very easy.
