The Space:
Ozark Oasis is a gorgeous one bedroom, one bathroom spacious condo that you are going to love. The theme was inspired by our love for the ozarks and the people of the ozarks and the condo is tastefully decorated in an Ozark/Lake theme. With beautiful new furniture and all new everything, this condo stands out as one of the best values in Branson. You will enjoy a delicious cup of coffee from your brand new recliner listening to music on your 55" streaming smart tv. The bedroom has a king sized bed and all new linens. Stunning outdoor pool, kids play area, gazebo and firepit is all included in your stay. You and your family will have full access to a complete gym and indoor pool for your entire stay.
To accommodate additional sleeping needs, the living-room sofa folds into a queen-size bed.
Pack and Play and High Chair are available upon request, first come first served, MUST be requested at time of reservation
Once you’re settled in, head back to living room and relax on comfy leather seating in the warmth of the electric fireplace. Enjoy your favorite movies, shows, and sports on the 55" Insignia FireTV, accessing popular streaming channels using your own log-ins. Or play host-provided games.

No sheets, pillow cases or blanket for couch. Used blanket for bed on couch. Found a topper for couch but no bedding.
