MAGNIFICENT MEDITERRANEAN VILLA, COMPLETELY PRIVATE, ALL COMFORT WITH SWIMMING POOL AND SPECTACULAR SEA VIEWS ... AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL ROOMS
This superb typical and detached house located on a plot of 500 m² planted with Mediterranean species is located on the Costa Brava in the town of Roses, 400 m² from the very pretty beach of Canyelles petite.
The spacious and comfortable accommodation is located on the hillside. Canyelles beach, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava, is 2 minutes away by car or 400 meters downhill on foot.
Summary: A beautiful modern and comfortable villa of 140m² able to accommodate up to 8 people with numerous terraces, a very pretty private swimming pool designed to accommodate young and old.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one suite). It is furnished and decorated with care and a lot of taste is brought to the details.
There is satellite TV, Wifi, air conditioning, household linen not provided can be rented from us (25 euros per person).
The house has private parking spaces for 2 cars in the enclosed grounds.
Ideal location, very sunny, multiple terraces with magnificent views of the bay.
Access to the house is via a staircase of 35 steps which can be inconvenient for people with reduced mobility.
Upper floor: A bright living room with two sofas, armchairs, coffee table, satellite TV and flat screen.
A dining area with a table for 8 people and a large bay window offering a panoramic sea view.
32 m² terrace with an outdoor table for 8 people.
A glazed terrace to enjoy the sun in winter, a large open kitchen with two fridges – a freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, various electrical appliances. household items and plenty of crockery and cutlery.
4 bedrooms – including:-
Master bedroom with bathroom en suite, WC and independent terrace, bed 160x200
Two bedrooms with double bed 160x200
A bedroom with two 90 cm beds,
Two additional bathrooms with WC, one walk-in shower, one with bathtub
Pool level:
A large 80m² terrace, a 5 x 6 swimming pool, a summer kitchen, an outdoor shower, a plancha, a barbecue. Several terraces distributed around the house, to enjoy the tranquility, the sun, and the song of the birds.

We really enjoyed the stay in Roses! The house is very nice with a lots of space, nice outdoor area and pool and especially a wonderful view on the sea. It’s very private so you can enjoy your stay on your own!
I would criticise that you have to pay extra for towels and bed linens. I think this should definitely be in included in the price!
Also it would be nice to have some basic stuff in the house like toilet paper, soap,… - we had to buy all of this on our own. Beds could be little more comfy in my opinion.
Nevertheless would recommend!

The view of the house is fenomenal! The house itself beautiful, everything you could possibly need is there. We have enjoyed the terrasses and swimmingpool, next to the luxery of 3 bathrooms and a full equiped kitchen. The surroundings are great, with a nice beach and restaurants on walking distance. The walk to Roses is really beautiful!
