Must be 18+ years old to rent. The renter who rented the condo must stay inside the condo during the stay.
This Beautiful Family Friendly Condo At Laketown Wharf is on the 5th floor, and has direct access to the Covered parking garage. This feature makes it convenient to load and unload your vehicle.
Newly renovated and fully furnished with leather sofas and plenty of space to dine together.
This condo has a large patio with stunning views of the city's entertainment and a large boardwalk that has a beautiful Las Vegas-style water show for all ages to enjoy.

The whole condo is for your use, there is no shared rooms here.
Other things to note:
This unit charges $55 per day per additional guest after 5 Guests
This unit is monitored by a ring doorbell (tampering with the security features of the condo will result in eviction.
If a guest is found to bring additional/unauthorized guess for their stay, it will result in an additional fee of $100 per guest per day or cancellation of the Booking
Wristband bands must be all returned, lost or broken bands are 50.00 each to replace.
Wristbands parking fee is a separate cost
The late check-out fee is $75/ hour and will be assessed at 10:15 AM if the Guest is still in the unit
Every group has to pay a resort fee per stay at the lobby or online
Pet violation fee $350
Smoking (smoking of any kind) violation fee $350
Cleaning complaints must be submitted 2 hours after check-in to our email address
All wristbands need to be left/returned, unreturned wristbands will be charged $100 each to replace
No parties are allowed (evictions will be placed and there will be no refund)
Per HOA, you must let security or government officials in the condo during inspections, pest control, or complaints, failure to do so will lead to eviction.

You can see the ocean from the front door and the lake from the back. Beautiful views! Most appliances and furniture seem new. The master bed is a little firm, very comfortable. Right next to the stairs and elevators. Food and shopping right downstairs and able to walk to a lot of shops. The parking garage is great, you can easily walk right over to your room. You don’t have to take the elevator with luggage. Host responded quickly when I had a question. Very easy to get to the beach.

This is hands down a five star place to stay. It is absolutely super clean and beautifully decorated. The location was amazing. May not be ocean front but when you step out the front door the view is amazing. It’s a quick walk to the beach. A Walmart literally right across the road. It’s a great location within walking distance of many different attractions. The pools were very clean. We definitely can’t wait to come back again. Host was amazing and responded super quick. Don’t hesitate book this beautiful place.
