The third bedroom is perfect for families or friends, with two single beds. A central bathroom provides a bath, shower and all essentials for a comfortable stay.



Please note, this is an older-style cottage with a more relaxed, lived-in feel rather than a modern luxury home, making it ideal for guests seeking a laid-back coastal experience.



Inside, enjoy a cosy living space with a fireplace, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a coffee machine for easy holiday cooking. Step outside to a private garden setting with a swimming pool and gas BBQ, perfect for casual outdoor dining and long summer afternoons.

The Neighborhood:

Ideally located just moments from Huskisson Beach, you’ll be perfectly positioned to enjoy its white sands and clear waters. Spend your days swimming, exploring the coastline, or discovering the local cafés, restaurants and boutique shops in Huskisson.

Jervis Bay Marine Park offers incredible opportunities for snorkelling, diving, and dolphin or whale-watching experiences, while nearby Booderee National Park is perfect for bushwalks, picnics and visiting stunning beaches such as Murrays Beach and Green Patch.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy with little traffic most of the year, great bike paths and pleasant walks everywhere. Public transport is limited.

> Parties, functions and gatherings

This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff. If you are planning a party, please look elsewhere as we have a zero tolerance policy.



> What is included?

Jervis Bay Rentals provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.



The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is surface cleaner, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dish cloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like glad wrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics and often more, including olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.



Bathrooms have as a minimum shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.



There are laundry sheets supplied for the washing machine.



Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost. Unfortunately the property doesn't have enough linen and towels for infants. Please bring your own if required.
