A strand of straw is growing! After offering you our lower villa, we can now offer you the whole house. That's 300 m2 of pleasures to share with friends, families or colleagues.
Come and relax in complete privacy in this preserved countryside setting, just 15 minutes from Nice airport and the famous St Paul's Palace, and 30 minutes from the Croisette.
So if you are looking for calm and space in the heart of the French Riviera, Un brin de paille is for you!
This large house can accommodate up to 17 people with all the comfort you need for a pleasant holiday!
Located in a 1-hectare organic agricultural property that respects the principles of permaculture, it will allow you to have the joy of being together while maintaining privacy.
The villa is divided into 2 independent apartments, ideally arranged to accommodate several groups or families. Each apartment has its own kitchen, living room, terrace, laundry room...
The first apartment, spread over 2 floors, can accommodate 9 people. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living-dining room of 50 m2 and two terraces.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with their respective bathrooms, the living-dining room, equipped kitchen, laundry room, as well as a large terrace of 35 m2 with barbecue.
On the second floor are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a tropezienne where you can bask in the sun in peace.
The second apartment, located on the first floor, can accommodate 8 people. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living-dining room of 40m2, equipped kitchen, laundry room, terrace with barbecue and a charming private garden.
Thinking of everyone's comfort, little ones and toddlers are welcomed in complete safety with the many barriers and socket covers installed on request. In order not to overload you during your holiday, cots, high chairs and toys are provided on request!
Another asset of this house is its bucolic setting. The vast property that surrounds the house offers many common areas for fun and relaxation.
The swimming pool area will welcome you with its deckchairs and parasols, water games, outdoor shower. Buoys, balls and water games of all kinds are provided.
If you want more sports or fun activities, go to the meadow. There is something for all ages: trampoline, swing, ping-pong table, volleyball net, football goals. Nets, rackets and balls are provided.
After these exhausting days, there is nothing better than a good meal! Adjoining the swimming pool, you will appreciate the pool house and the fully equipped summer kitchen (fridge, hob, barbecue, plancha, pizza oven). Everyone can meet around a large table, under the coolness of the vines that run on the arbour.
On request and depending on the availability of the market gardener, you can buy organic vegetables grown on site. In addition, several activities that will delight young and old alike can be offered such as a visit to the chicken coop to give seeds to the hens, a visit to the growing beds around the property or an introduction to permaculture.
In short, the real problem with this house is that it will make you forget to discover the beauties that abound in the region!
