Anticipate a charming experience as you ascend to the balcony. Step through the front door into a unique beach-themed living room with convertible queen futon for comfort. Window A/C units are in this room as well as both bedrooms ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. Discover a captivating guest bedroom with LED-lit twin bed, AC, nightstand, and alarm clock. Transition to the bathroom with hairdryer and rejuvenating stand-up shower. The serene master bedroom offers AC comfort, LED nightlight, and cozy full-size bed. Embrace this coastal haven for an extraordinary living experience.
You will have full private access to the apartment, as well as shared access to all outdoor areas including the balcony.
The most likely method of communication between us will be messages via the platform you booked through, but I live & work from home in one of the apartments on the property so I can be available quickly should you need anything! Feel free to call or text me if that is more convenient for you.
A great neighborhood for hitting the beach, and this apartment is centrally located! Walking distance to: The Pier, Wally`s, L Street Tavern, Bernie`s Beach Bar, McGuirks, Casino Ballroom, Ocean Gaming, Boardwalk, Purple Urchin & more!
Parking is limited in Hampton Beach!
This listing includes only TWO free on-site parking spaces.
Additional paid on-site parking is possible but not guaranteed to be available.
Paid offsite parking (several options within an easy 5-10m walk) is generally available at the market rate.
I ask that you keep noise to a minimum, even outside of quiet hours, so that everyone may enjoy their time here. No `parties` please.
A list of other, common sense stuff:
- Try to limit the amount of beach sand tracked in
- No smoking inside please
- No more than max guests listed may stay overnight
- Additional on-site parking must be requested in advance
- Do not damage the property or it`s contents
- No illegal activity of any kind
- Notify me as soon as possible in case of emergency
- No Parties
- Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am
