This property is conveniently located just 8 minutes from downtown Bristol and 9 minutes from the Bristol Casino, making it an ideal spot for both vacationers and business travelers. The space has been recently renovated, ensuring a modern and comfortable atmosphere throughout.
The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests. There is a king bed, queen bed, and a full/twin bunk bed available. One of our favorite spots is the back porch, offering a tranquil setting to unwind. Come and enjoy this peaceful home that has been set up to please!

The hosts communicated in a timely manner, the house was nice and suited all of our needs, and we were able to extend our stay an extra day on short notice.

We had a great time making memories and celebrating a special family event at this home. The house is perfect for families being together with 2 nice living sections to gather together. The home is well maintained and adorable. The flow of the house is nice and it is located central to local events and restaurants. I would absolutely use this property again in the future.

We are local to Bristol, but wanted to find a house that could accommodate 4 couples for a birthday celebration! This was the PERFECT listing! The kitchen was nice for our appetizer dinner and full-spread breakfast. The beds were very comfortable and the common areas were plenty big enough for everyone to sit together and be comfortable! Don’t let the curb appeal discourage you - it may be a small, older looking home, but the updates are awesome and it definitely feels like a ton of space once you get inside! Would absolutely recommend this property!!
