Interaction with Guests:
The check-in and check-out are similar to a hotel, but this is a privately owned condo, and all services will be taken care of through the host. The front desk is available 24/7 for emergencies only. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a physical credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-per-night, per-unit hold on your card (please note this if you are booking two adjoining/adjacent units), with a maximum hold of $300 per unit. This amount will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It's conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We received and appreciated the quick responses to all of our inquiries. We loved having two bathrooms, a full kitchen and a private bedroom and balcony with a wonderful view of Top Golf (great food and drinks by the way), the Sphere and the mountains in the background. The king size bed was very comfortable. Our friend who slept on the double pull out bed in the couch said it was comfortable as well. There was plenty of storage for clothes and personal belongings. There were plenty of towels, though we definitely could have used more hangers, paper towels and toilet paper. Special request- softer toilet paper and paper towels please There were only 2 chairs around the dining table, but in the pictures it shows 4 chairs, which were needed. The rugs and furniture were comfortable though are showing expected wear and tear from use (especially in the living area). The conveniently located Lobby Bar and Delights had great drinks and food. The pool was lovely and not too crowded. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo.

Loved staying at the Signature! Bed was so comfortable, view was stimulating yet peaceful, relaxing jacuzzi for 2, spacious and well equipped room with a full kitchen and breakfast table. Two full baths, great gym, beautiful pools and perfect location away from the casinos.
