My inbound flight was delayed while my son arrived early. Our host was very helpful in allowing early check in. Everything about the house was great!

Location was nice. The house needs some love and updating. A few of the beds were not comfortable and you could feel nothing but the springs in it. We thought it was a bit closer to the beach. It’s about a 20 min drive though.

The property is nice and has everything we required. The property was generally clean with plenty of space, the main bed was large and comfortable. As reported in other reviews I noticed the bottom bunk mattress has very little padding and the coils where noticeable when trying it. We didn't use it, so it wasn't an issue for us.The street is quiet and peaceful. The garage is not included, as the owners uses it for storage. There were a few issues that I had to report to the owner, there were rats in the roof, they were running around inside the roof scratching on the ceiling above our bed throughout the night. This issue was not addressed during our stay. There was a heavy presence of mold in the laundry room, my wife and I both didn't feel well when entering the laundry room. There was visible mold growing on the foyer ceiling and laundry room ceiling vent. The TV room lounges had a musty moldy smell to them too.
