Had a little issue with my confirmation not showing up with the owner, but it was resolved in a few minutes. It was likely due to our discussing an earlier date via messaging, but deciding on a later date when I booked. The space was clean, really well laid out for a tiny home, and the hostess was very friendly and eager to see we had everything we needed. We did have 5 people there, so space was tight, but we were as comfortable there as possible. The location is convenient, just a short drive to the docks, restaurants, and everything else we needed. If we return to the Hundred Islands again, I'd definitely rent this place again, but probably just my wife and I next time.
