A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Summary:
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Keep it simple at this quaint 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex with a jacuzzi tub located across from the beach and right on the CB Lake, making this vacation home close to all things that makes "Pleasure Island" special! Centrally located to the famous CB Boardwalk, restaurants, coffee shops and cool drinking holes! Also there is a massage chair for after a long day at the beach!
Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay
There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Property felt upscale. Everything was clean and the place was decorated well. Did miss not having a tv in the main gathering area and would suggest curtains for the main windows - sliding glass doors, especially during the summer months.

We enjoyed our stay at Coastal! It was a rainy but relaxing weekend! The property was clean, cozy, and inviting! Loved the kitchen space and decor. My husband couldn’t get enough of the massage chair…lol! There’s also a walking trail around the lake if you like to get outside! We would definitely book this place again!

Very nice property, with view of walking paths and lake. Easy walk to restaurants, boardwalk and beach. Note: stairs up to property and bedrooms are upstairs. Overall enjoyed the property.
