The Space:
Indulge in the ultimate getaway at our newly renovated private house nestled in the charming neighborhood of Dorado del Mar. Enjoy a private pool (not heated), ping pong table, pool table, and a variety of table games for entertainment. This retreat features three inviting bedrooms and two bathrooms, ensuring ample space for relaxation and comfort. All three bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds, providing a haven for a peaceful night's sleep. One room in the house is fully ADA compliant, ensuring accessibility for individuals with disabilities. This is a duplex house; both sides are connected by inside doors, and can be joined together to accommodate larger groups. The host's residence is next door so he's always available to assist with any requests or special needs.
This beautiful house comes with its private terrace where you can bask in the sunshine, fire up the BBQ grill, and take refreshing dips in the pool. The ideal setting for both recreation and relaxation, our house invites you to create unforgettable memories.
Inside, the family room beckons with its cozy ambiance and offers additional sleeping space with a comfortable sofa bed. The brand new kitchen is complemented by a stylish bar-style table, perfect for dining or catching up on work if needed. Escape to our renovated bed and breakfast and immerse yourself in the perfect blend of comfort, style, and tranquility. Upon request we also offer breakfast.

You'll have everything you need for a memorable stay, with the added security of a gated community and individual code access for each guest. You can park on-site with extra parking on the side. We really enjoyed staying here. Plenty of room for

It's as though the owner ordered the entire house from IKEA, and told them to furnish it like a freshman dormitory. The primary complaints are the layout and the lack of furnishings. There's no rug or runner, so you walk from the pool onto the cold, slippery tile. We had to buy everything except toilet paper. I get that sometimes there are no condiments, but this place had no salt, pepper, foil, pot holders, dish towels, storage containers, or sauce pan. There's virtually no prep space on the counter and the living room is just full of stuff that shouldn't be in there.We asked for a cooler, and one was delivered. It's not really a private house - more accurate would be "semi-private" as there are neighbors all around, and the owner sub-divided the place to make 2 rental units. You don't feel like you're welcome. It feels like you're in a compound, and the host doesn't trust you. Everytime you leave the house, the door locks behind you.
