- Ideal for 6 Adults but can sleep up to 8 guests.
- Room #1 Oceanfront Bedroom with King Bed and attached full bathroom, dresser and closet.
- Room #2 Two Queen Beds, full bathroom with bedroom and hallway entrance, dresser and closet.

- Living room with Pull-Out Sofa (Queen) and TV

- Free Covered Parking Garage located across the street behind the mini golf course. Overflow lot for oversized vehicles.

- Full Kitchen/ Fridge w Water and Ice. Stocked with various pots and pans, baking sheets, wine glasses, cups, utensils, bowls, children dishware, blender, toaster, mugs and sponge.
- Hand Soap provided for each sink
- WIFI
- Linens provided for each bed (including sofa bed)
- Paper towels in the kitchen
- Hand towels in each bathroom
- Iron and full size ironing board
- Each bathroom (2), contains 2 rolls of toilet paper each. You are responsible for your own toilet paper if these run out.
- Fire extinguisher
- Broom, dustpan
- Hair Dryer in each bathroom
- A starter pack is provided that includes a small shampoo, small dish soap, a limited number of dishwasher pods, 1 laundry detergent bag, trash bags, dish soap. Please note that this is a standard starter pack and guests will have to provide anything beyond this, should these items run out, as stay durations do vary.

- You can check-in as late as you want, you will receive a unique pin code that will activate at Check-In (3:00 PM).
-The deposit is not charged. The deposit is there in case there is damage to the home or violations to the house rules.

This Condo was amazing! Everything was clean and organized. Kitchen had the necessary supplies to cook a quick dinner. Outside of the room, things were kept very clean and smelled great. The pools seemed nice, but why hangout at the pool when you have the beach? The facility is conveniently located to the boardwalk, shopping and the airport. The host communicated effectively and answered all questions.

The room was clean and the communication with the property manager was great. It’s a really awesome spot on the beach. The 20th floor views were amazing!

Beautiful condo with a wonderful balcony with comfortable seating. Kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of towels, everything to make a place feel like home. Resort has very friendly staff, very clean. Pool area has something for everyone: a cooler pool and a warmer pool, pools for the kids, too. Pool bar with a happy hour. I would highly recommend.
