NO REAR NEIGHBORS & SOUTH-FACING PRIVATE POOL

One of the home's biggest advantages is the combination of no rear neighbors and a desirable south-facing private pool.

With no vacation home directly behind the property, the screened pool and lanai provide additional privacy for your family to enjoy. Start the morning with coffee outside, spend the afternoon swimming, or relax beside the water after a full day exploring Orlando.

The south-facing orientation is especially desirable for guests hoping to make the most of the Florida sunshine around the pool throughout the day.

The spacious screened lanai, pool deck, outdoor seating, and patio furniture provide plenty of room for everyone to gather outside and enjoy the Florida weather together.

The adjoining private spa provides another place to unwind. The spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. It is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool only when optional pool heat is added.

Optional pool heat is available for $40 per day plus tax.

The home's ultimate game room is packed with entertainment for kids, teens, and adults.

Three king bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping accommodations for adults and couples, including a king ensuite conveniently located downstairs.

Upstairs, two additional king bedrooms include one ensuite and one with access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Three additional bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for children, siblings, cousins, friends, or other members of the group.
