Amazing location only a 4 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.I had read the previous reviews, so knew it was small, but probably didn’t expect it to be so small that we had to rearrange furniture to open the sofa bed. In the end, it really was just a place to sleep, and it was surprisingly quiet at night, given the area. The bathroom needs a good refresh, but everything worked well and was clean. The washing machine was a plus, but a drying rack would have been useful.I would recommend this apartment if you were NOT going to use the sofa bed.Overall, a wonderful stay and so easy to deal with property manager.

You cannot beat this location. It’s so close to the Eiffel Tower that my kid ran upstairs at 9:59pm on our last night and said, “didn’t you want to see it sparkle?”, and we slipped on our shoes, ran over and still caught it in all its glory. That said, bathroom needs an overhaul and a good exhaust fan. There is absolutely nowhere to put your suitcases, so travel light. The styling is cute with all the pink (even the toilet paper), but they could nix some throw pillows and invest in a full length mirror and a new love seat.

Overall enjoyed the apartment. TV and washing did not work. Location was very good.

I was looking for a place close to the Eiffel Tower in which my friend and I could stay and each have our own bedrooms, rather than staying in a hotel. The accommodations were exactly as described on the Vrbo site. As it was an apartment, we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our stay! I highly recommend this property, especially if you would like to be close to Paris's most famous landmarks!
