A shower room and a separate WC complete the ground-floor layout.

The upper floor houses the 2 bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 225 cm to 110 cm. The first bedroom measures 10 m2 and is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
