Ad Caelum is a restored trullo estate set on a terraced hillside overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Surrounded by open land and Mediterranean vegetation, the setting feels elevated and expansive, with wide views that accompany the day from morning to evening.

The property has been carefully refurbished, preserving its original character while introducing contemporary comfort. Historic forms and natural materials are balanced with modern design, creating interiors that feel refined without losing their sense of place.

Outdoor life plays a central role here. The heated saltwater pool faces the sea, offering a natural place to pause and take in the horizon. Spaces for gathering, dining, and spending time together unfold naturally around the house, encouraging long evenings outdoors.

Ad Caelum brings together comfort, movement, and stillness — a place shaped for shared time, personal space, and moments that remain clear in memory.

The spaces:

Ad Caelum is arranged across distinct areas, offering both social spaces and quieter retreats.

The main living area is set apart from the sleeping quarters and includes a spacious kitchen, seating areas, and a piano. Designed with a warm, informal atmosphere, this space recalls the feeling of a private pub, making it well suited to relaxed evenings together. Just outside, a shaded dining area, a four-person jacuzzi, and a large barbecue extend the living space outdoors.

The sleeping area is located within the trulli and includes four double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. A small service kitchen nearby is convenient for breakfast and light use. The bedrooms are generous in size, with bathrooms featuring large showers or a whirlpool bathtub.

Outdoor spaces are varied and expansive. A large solarium, sea-view lounge areas, a pine grove, a private tennis court, and an Olympic-sized bowling green are all part of the estate. A small private church dating back to the 1500s is located nearby and can be visited by guests.

Ad Caelum is well suited to families or groups of friends who enjoy spending time together while still valuing privacy and space.
