The Space:
Designed for comfort and ease, this 160m² apartment includes everything you need for a relaxing stay in Paris:
- A welcoming living area
- Fully equipped kitchen (essentials provided, coffee, tea, sugar, washer / dishwasher tablets, etc...)
- 4 bedrooms with comfortable double beds; with en-suite bathrooms; 3 toilets (1 en-suite and 2 independent)
- Air conditioning
- High-speed broadband Wi-Fi
- Connected TV
- Washing machine (solid detergent provided)
- Iron & ironing board
- Hair dryer
- Bed linen and bath towels
- Towels and essentials by "Codage"
- Complimentary baby travel cot and highchair - on request
This setup ensures a comfortable and functional stay for up to 10 guests.
Housekeeping is ensured once, before your arrival.

The apartment is located on Boulevard Montmartre, one of the liveliest sections of the Grands Boulevards. The Hôtel Drouot auction house - a Paris institution since 1852 - is steps away, alongside the Musée Grévin waxworks museum and the historic Passage des Panoramas.
The Opéra Garnier is a ten-minute walk, and the neighbourhood's theatres, brasseries and cinemas ensure there is always something to see or do in the evening.
Galeries Lafayette and Printemps are a short stroll away.
Getting Around:
The apartment is well served by public transport:
- Richelieu – Drouot (Metro lines 8 & 9) - 2 minutes on foot
- Grands Boulevards (Metro lines 8 & 9) - 3 minutes on foot
- Opéra (Metro lines 3, 7 & 8) - 7 minutes on foot
- A Vélib' bicycle station is located within a few minutes' walk for those who prefer to explore Paris on two wheels.
- Taxis can be booked via the guest platform.

Lots of positive things to say about this property. It was extremely well located, spacious, clean, and quiet. (We are in the middle of Paris so of course there will be some outside noise but overall it was very quiet.) The beds were all king sized and comfortable and we were pleased to see that there were room darkening drapes to pull closed at night. The A/C performed well thankfully - it reached 98F while we were there. We had one person in a wheelchair and it worked for us because she can walk a few steps - as you exit the elevator you must go up about 8-9 steps to get to the apartment door. The washer and dryer were used a couple times and they appeared modern and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and the rooms are separated for privacy. Some noise from the street, and there are quiet hours. The management is prompt when you have questions

Apartment is very spacious and airy. Also clean. Well equipped although one would be advised to buy paper towels.

House is well equipped. All essentials are provided. Host is very responsive to us (guests) and to neighbors. Speaks highly of their service. Good building, close to many fast food spots, like McDonald's, KFC, Hard Rock Cafe, Markets and ofcourse if you prefer cafes, pastries too!!
Being on the Boulevard, windows are well insulated, though bit noisy with them open.
For all the places we have stayed in France, this has been a good experience by far.
