Accommodating up to 14 guests across approximately 3,137 square feet, this spacious home is well suited for large families, multiple families traveling together, sports groups, golf getaways, and Disney vacations.

Step outside to your private screened pool, spa, and spacious lanai. The north-facing pool area creates your own outdoor retreat where the family can swim, relax, and spend time together between Orlando adventures. A spacious pool deck and outdoor patio furniture provide plenty of room to enjoy the Florida weather.

The adjoining spa provides another place to unwind after long days exploring the theme parks. The spa is not a hot tub and is heated to the same temperature as the pool only when pool heat is added. Optional pool heat is available for $40 per day plus tax.

Inside, the spacious living areas make it easy for larger groups to spend time together while still having room to spread out. The main living room provides a comfortable gathering place for family movie nights, relaxing after the parks, or planning the next day's adventures.

A queen-size sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room adds even more sleeping flexibility.

Entertainment is available throughout the home with a flat-screen TV in the living room and TVs in all bedrooms except the Princess room, giving guests plenty of options when they're ready for some downtime.

Solterra Resort is a secure gated vacation community offering an impressive collection of recreational amenities for families and groups visiting Central Florida. Guests can spend the afternoon floating along the lazy river, cool off in the resort-style swimming pool, enjoy the waterslides, relax in the outdoor spa, stay active at the fitness center, play tennis or volleyball, or take younger guests to the children's playground. Picnic areas provide additional places for families to enjoy time together outdoors, while the approximately 5,600-square-foot clubhouse serves as the center of the community and includes a business center with internet access. RESORT ACCESS FEE

Solterra Resort charges an amenity access fee of $35 for reservations with 12 or fewer guests or $45 for reservations with 13 or more guests. Payment is made directly at the clubhouse during your stay using a credit or debit card.
