ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 8 adults maximum. There is a sofa bed that will be added to accommodate two children guests 9 & 10 ($100), total maximum guest 10.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas, blankets and pillows.

Additional costs when booking:
Sofa Bed $100 per booking with towels and linen
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

BOND- $1500 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
