Everything is within 2 miles; Downtown Nashville, Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, Vanderbilt University, East Nashville, LP Field, Demonbreun St., Division St., Nissan Stadium, Top Golf and all other Middle TN hotspots!!
Uber or Lyft rides are only $7 to Broadway and LP Field!
We provide everything that a hotel will have. There will be enough tissue, paper towels, coffee, garbage bags, etc. to get you started. If you need additional supplies Walgreens is less than a mile away.
Bachelor and Bachelorette groups are welcome!!
House rules:
• Departure time is 10:00 AM
• PLACE ALL TRASH OUTSIDE IN TRASH BINS(there will be a $200 fee for trash left inside of home)
• Put your used towels in front of the laundry room
• Load dishwasher
• Close all windows, let down garage and lock front door
• Set each thermostat to 63 degrees heat in cold months (Nov.-Feb.)
• Set AC to 79 degrees during warm months (Mar.- Oct.)
