What an amazing home! Lots of room to spread out for different activities. Spotless, comfortable, all the amenities one could have hoped for! So close to a beautiful, clean, peaceful beach and a short drive to the Dunes parks. Perfect pool! Lots of eating out or marketing options. We wish we’d had a few more nights to enjoy it all together on our family vacation gathering!

The house had plenty of room for our family and was very comfortable. The listing said that the pool was heated but we didn't experience that. It rained several times and the pool cover was filled with water and debris, so we didn't use it. Other than not being able to use the pool, we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Access to the beach was easy; the pool was nice; BBQ grill worked well. The HVAC system was problematic: our master bedroom on the top floor was like a sauna for two days while the basement room was freezing. The filter system for water worked but the ice maker didn't work well at all, which likely means the filter needs to be changed. The cleaning staff should be on this without comment. The toilet handle (in the top master bedroom) was broken and we had to push it in to get it to work. Again a cleaning crew issue that shouldn't have to be called out. There was only one dish towel! Really! Just one. The downstairs TV was "funky" so the young adults commandeered the upstairs TV. Too bad for us more "grown" people. I would recommend this place if the items are corrected. Especially the HVAC issues.

Well outfitted house and a very responsive property manager. Everything was as expected as you expect it to be.
