Everything was great! The only issue was there was an ironing board but no iron

Overall the property was very nice and clean. The apartment itself was nicely decorated and also clean and plenty of towels. However, do not try to cook. The fire alarm will go off and the dryer does not work. This is an HOA property. They do not allow smoking or hanging towels from balconies. They lock the beach access through the pool at 10 o'clock. So you have to walk around to get back.
