Behind us, we can see the Sierras de Almijara, Tejeda, and Contraviesa, a beautiful rock massif, ideal for walking or cycling routes and discovering the local flora and fauna.
Our house has a large 100m2 terrace from which we can enjoy these wonderful views and sunbathe after enjoying a refreshing swim in our saltwater pool.
In front of the pool, we have a wooden porch with a dining table and a small relaxation area, completely closed by mosquito nets so you can enjoy the whole day.
The ground floor of the house houses a spacious living room, kitchen with sofa bed, dining table, television, and 5.1 audio system to enjoy movies and music. We also have a bar that divides the kitchen area where we have everything we need to cook.
The bathroom is located on the ground floor and is completely accessible for people with reduced mobility.
On the upper floor, there are three attic rooms.
The two double rooms have 1.60 beds and air conditioning. In addition, one of them has a TV and a sofa bed for two people.
The third room has two 90 and one 105 beds.
Next to the house, we have an independent space with a washing machine and cleaning supplies.
