Private Residence in Berkeley

The unit was exactly as described, we enjoyed our stay!Upon arrival, we easily found how to access through the garage. We had a GMC Terrain which was a tight fit, but once we got the hang of it, entry and exit was smooth (with a spotter)The bed was comfortable, plenty of blankets and pillows were available. The AC worked great in the bedroom and the main area. The area is very quiet, especially since it overlooks the back alley, where there is very little traffic. You can hear the other garage door opening in the bedroom, but that was typically only twice a day.The kitchen had all the necessary items to make basic meals, it was roomy and clean. Dishwasher worked great. The washer and dryer worked as expected, always nice to have that option. There were some laundry pods provided.Couch was comfortable when we wanted to relax and watch the cute TV in the evening. The only thing 'missing' would be an outdoor space, but it was obvious from the listing that there was not one, and there is a great park right at the end of the street, a 3 min walk away.Overall, we spent a week here, during a very hot period, and had no problems at all. The unit was clean and ready for our arrival, and we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Property is very clean with well equipped kitchen amenities, bed is comfortable, bathroom roomy for all needs, great to have washer/dryer in unit. Host responded quickly when I had questions on how to use the Split AC/Heater unit, with his help we were able to use without any issues. Location is so close to Tennyson which has wonderful shops and restaurants. We were there to visit son nearby and able to walk to most places because of close proximity.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. We'll be back.

Comfy bed, great kitchen, plentiful hot showers with good pressure, bathroom big enough for two, dining table, lots of extra blankets, black-out curtains in bedroom, private garage, large fridge, dishwasher with supplies, clothes washer and dryer that are extremely clean...what else could a visitor need? Yes, the heat is a bit noisy when it kicks on, but the neighborhood is silent and there's zero road noise so it's the only noticeable sound--so truly not an issue. Thanks for the ease of everything and letting us feel like we had our own little world. :)
