This property worked great for two couples and a single friend attending a wedding. Very easy check-in and out. Updated older home. Convenient location. One bedroom on each of three floors. Garage has a bumper pool table and table to play games. Two living room areas-one on main floor and one in basement. Well equipped kitchen. Cute backyard with fire pit and deck. We would stay again if we ever find ourselves back in Grand Rapids.

I had nice stay. Clean rooms wer welcoming. Local stores are very close to access. Peaceful enough me. Had wonderful time.

Pleasant stay.

We were in town for my daughters college graduation and there was a total of 8 of us. The sleeping arrangements of the house description said sleeps 8 with a queen bed and single bed in the 1st living area. However, the sofa is not a sofa bed, and the lounge, sofa chair is not a single bed. My brother slept on the L sofa in the finished basement (does not have a bathroom). The rest of us were able to sleep in a bed in one of the 3 bedrooms which were roomy and comfortable. One of the drawers in the kitchen was off its hinges. We tried using the dishwasher and the soap in the dispenser did not come out when it washed. The dining table had 3 chairs and sat 4 people. The counter space was great and we used the counter bar stools to accommodate others. The back yard is wonderful and the garage was a great place to hang out! The house was clean and for the most part comfortable.
