Great room! Great location! We all had a great stay. Tidewater needs to do some work with the elevators, but other than that, everything was wonderful.

This is my second stay at this property in two years, and it continues to be exceptionally well managed. The home is consistently prepared upon arrival and offers all the amenities a family needs for a comfortable vacation.

The beach was beautiful and we had a wonderful experience in the sand and water.
The condo was very outdated, not exceptionally clean, especially the floors and balcony), and some of the furniture was worn. The bunk bed was a nice feature for our grandson.
The elevators were extremely SLOW. Luckily, we were on the 3rd floor so we were able to use the steps. There were so many complaints about the elevators as people were having to use the stairs for much higher floors.
We are giving this a “GOOD” rating mainly for the oceanview.
We would not recommend this unit unless it is updated.
